As Travel Consultant you will be required to handle both demanding and challenging travel and accommodation requests for corporate clients mainly in the marine, offshore and oil & gas sectors.
Your duties as a Travel Consultant will include:
- Oversee travel arrangement from booking to ticketing; flight, hotel and land transportation for corporate clients.
- Responsible to answer calls, emails and accountable to client's queries, feedback and complaints.
- Responsible to keep clients up to date on travel regulations, passport and visa requirements
Experience Required:
It is imperative that you have a knowledge combined with a background in travel industry. In addition, you should also have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in Airline Reservations and Ticketing is an advantage
- Knowledge in Airline CRS systems is an advantage
- Can work with minimum supervision and have the capability to handle pressure
- High attention to detail
