All employees must be well groomed, neatly dressed and clean at all times. It is essential that we maintain our overall cleanliness and hygiene.

Procedure
Personalize
1. Your personalize should be healthy, clean and clear.
2. You should bath daily and use an effective antiperspirant and deodorant.
3. Your smile is noticed. Brush your teeth regularly.
4. Perfumes, colognes and other fragrance may be used in moderation.
5. No visible tattoos.
Costume
  1. Your uniform should always be neat and well pressed and no spot.
  2. Use the appropriate uniform.
  3. Name tag should be displayed at all times.
  4. Uniform isn’t allowed to be worn, outside hotel premises.
Hands and finger nails
  1. It must be clean and spotless all the time.
  2. Finger nails must not be longer than the tip of your finger.
  3. No stained / chipped nails.
Hairs
  1. Wash your hair regularly, keep it dandruff-free and styled in accordance to standards.
  2. Clean shaven daily and neatly groomed hair off the collar.
  3. Sides not covering ears and beards are not acceptable.
  4. The use of hair coloring epact back is unacceptable.
  5. Wet, greasy looking, punk hair styles with tails and bald shaven heard aren’t acceptable.
  6. In some department neatly trimmed moustaches may be worn
Jewelry and accessories
  1. One watches no either left/right only. Watch must be of conservative design.
  2. Jewelry is confined to one ring, either wedding, engagement or band ring.
  3. Bracelets, necklaces and / or earrings for aren’t permitted.
  4. Use the pens provided by the hotel, not visible from outside.
  5. Belts and tie pins must be conservative in design.
  6. Please note that departmental standards may be more detailed or restrictive for example for hygiene and safety reasons, no rings may be worn by culinary employees when on duty.
Footwear and socks
  1. Male employees who aren’t provided with shoes should wear black covered low-hill court shoes, made of publishable leather.
  2. Shoe should be in good condition, clean and well maintained.
  3. It is unacceptable to wear moccasin style shoes, sport shoes, boot shoes, platform
  4. Shoes that is broken or unpolished.
  5. Always wear dark colored socks, white, pastel, weirdly color and fancy design sock aren’t acceptable.
  6. For non costumed male employees, the color of shoes and socks should match the attire to reflect a professional office image.
