Opening Duty (Banquet)

All Supervisors, captain and Staff in charge on each Level has responsible to do Opening Duties and make sure everything is well Organize.
Procedures
FUNCTION ROOM
When there is no function
  1. Check all meeting room to make sure is locked.
  2. Make sure room in good condition.
  3. Check the Cleanliness of Meeting Room and Pantry (Store).
  4. Check Signboard letter.
When there’s a function
  1. Open up the goblet and turn on the light and AC.
  2. Check lay out and equipment are completed the set up (Meeting Kits)
  3. Check all fresh flowers in the meeting Rooms and on the reception desk
  4. Check telephone Handset on the reception desk and inform to operator name of the function
  5. Check Preparation for Coffee Break and room for lunch.
  6. Assign one staff to check all Pantry and Store area make sure well organize and clean.
GRAND BALLROOM 
When there is no function
  1. Let the door open for maximum 1 (one) hour for air circulation and to avoid humid and check the light. Report any anomalies.
  2. Make sure room on good condition and check cleanliness of ballroom.
  3. Send dirty linen to laundry, empty trolley is always put near the store door.
  4. Check all Pantry and Store area make sure well organize and clean.
If there’s a function
  1. Open up the goblet and turn on the light and AC.
  2. Check lay out and equipment are completed the set up (Meeting Kits)
  3. Check all fresh flowers in the meeting Rooms and on the reception desk
  4. Check telephone Handset on the reception desk and inform to operator name of the function
  5. Check Preparation depend on event.
  6. Assign one staff to check all Pantry and Store area make sure well organize and clean
