Kupu Kupu Jimbaran Suites – Beach Club & Spa by L’Occitane is seeking a qualified candidate for GENERAL MANAGER Position who is able to combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. General Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of hotel operations.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- senior decision making
- marketing
- operations
- human resources
- owner relations
- meet or exceed and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- maintain a positive and productive work environment with open communication with employees
- monitor operating expenses for all departments
- monitor and ensure compliance with management company standards
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience, as General Manager in 5 stars hotel
- energetic and dynamic
- good planning, leadership and organizational skills
- able to start immediately
