Procedures
- Meet and introduce yourself to the organizer.
- Reconfirm the number of attendance and the program.
- Show the host how to operate and make the familiar with the equipment.
- Explain the guest on the recording use.
- Ensure the guest that all the spares of the equipment are available.
- Reconfirm details of the coffee break and lunch time as well as the location.
- Let the organizer know that we are ready to give assistance.
- Generally introduce the host to the staff in-charge and kindly propose their availability in assisting the organizer.
