Check Specification Room (Banquet)

Banquet room must be properly vacuumed, dusted and set up according to banquet event order. And bring up BEO (Banquet Event Order) along while you are checking the room.

Procedures
  1. Captain must read the BEO (Banquet Even Order) carefully and ensure all requirements are done accordingly.
  2. The AC should be on one hour before and set proper temperature.
  3. Recount the seat ensuring that the correct number is set.
  4. Ensure the entire table and chairs are clean.
  5. Check glassware for spots and fingerprint mark
  6. For the use of flip-chart or whiteboard, the minimum of two different color markers is available each and it is working.
  7. Never use the permanent marker but the board marker.
  8. The carpet and edges of the room are clean.
  9. The standing ashtrays are cleaned.
  10. The plants and floral arrangement are in good condition and free from foreign object. I.e. cigarette butts, papers, etc.
  11. Check amenities such as memo pad , pen, candies, mineral water, juices, aqua.
  12. Sound System in good condition and run well .
  13. Ceiling lamps in good condition
